Hoover Windtunnel Air Vacuum Washable Primary Filter. The primary, washable filter assembly for the Windtunnel Air models UH70400 and UH70405. This filter is on top of the dirt bin. Remove the dust bin assembly from the vacuum, then twist the lid handle to expose this filter. Pull the tab on the filter to remove it from the dust bin. To clean the filter rinse it under warm water until the filter looks clean. Make sure this filter is air dried for at least 24 hours before reinstalling it into the vacuum.
